Slow Cooker Beef Ribs

Beef ribs rock, cuz they're a lot cheaper than pork ribs, and extra-tasty if made in a slow cooker. Plus, it's a two-ingredient recipe. It's hard to buy/eat enough for an entire meal, but they make great appetizers or a part of a cookout or picnic-style thingamajig.

Ingredients:

Beef ribs
Barbecue Sauce

Step 1. Cut ribs apart into single rib pieces.
Step 2. Wash your hands because beef rib hands are pretty gross.
Step 3. Dump your favorite barbecue sauce into a slow cooker. I used half a bottle for 3.5 lbs. of ribs.
Step 4. Place ribs along bottom of slow cooker, and stack if need be. Stacking doesn't really matter that much.
Step 5. Turn slow-cooker on low and go to work or go to sleep for roughly ten hours. They're pretty much the same thing, except you feel well-rested after sleeping. Although, I've never had beef ribs for breakfast so I recommend you go to work for ten hours, although working for that long can give you a medical condition, such as sore back, carpal-tunnel syndrome, or rheumatoid arthritis. It's well-documented. Anyway, use your best judgment and just cook the things for ten hours or so.
Step 6. Turn slow cooker off and eat. The meat will fall off the bone, and they'll be hot, so you can wait a couple minutes and eat 'em off the bones or peel the meat off with your hands and make a tasty sandwich. It's your choice.
Step 7. Enjoy them.
